This policy explains how Bliz Services handles personal information in its website, client portal, and mobile application.
Information we collect
We collect the information you provide when creating a client account or application, including your name, email address, phone and WhatsApp numbers, address, gender, nationality, date of birth, preferred destination and language, education or work details, security-recovery information, and the passports, photos, and other documents you choose to upload.
How we use information
We use this information to create and secure your account, process study-abroad and work-abroad applications, review documents, communicate application updates, provide account recovery, support clients, and maintain the reliability and security of the service. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising or tracking.
Storage and sharing
Information is stored with service providers that operate the Bliz Services application, authentication, file storage, hosting, and transactional email. We share information only as needed to provide the service, comply with law, protect users and the service, or with your direction. Information may be processed in countries where these providers operate.
Retention and deletion
We keep information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations. You can permanently delete your account from Profile > Account & Security > Delete Account in the mobile app. This removes your profile, applications, uploaded files, notifications, and account credentials. Limited records may be retained only when legally required.
Your choices
You can review or update profile information in the app, choose whether to grant camera or photo-library access, and delete your account in the app. Camera and photo access is used only when you choose to capture or upload an application document.
Security and children
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure. Bliz Services is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information without appropriate authorization.
